PBC Planning ZOning and Building
During my internship with the Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning, and Building Department, I worked under Public Information Manager Lucia Bonavita, where I gained hands-on experience in marketing and digital media design through public outreach and communication. I created and managed social media content, including informative posts and engaging reels, and assisted with public presentations, communication materials, and community engagement campaigns.
FGCU DkSOE Makerspace
During my internship at the FGCU Makerspace, I worked under my supervisor Jonathan to support students in bringing their digital designs into physical form. I assisted with fabrication tools including large-format printers, laser cutters, 3D printers, and embroidery machines, guiding students through file preparation, printing, and finishing processes. I also trained volunteers and interns on equipment use and safety, strengthening my skills in technical communication, problem-solving, and production workflows.
